Products & Materials
Amélie sources her fabrics from Brittany’s second-hand shops, upcycling centers, and end-of-stock sales. These are mainly vintage upholstery fabrics—jacquards, canvases, thick cottons—selected for their durability, patterns, and character.
Because each bag is cut from a limited quantity of salvaged fabric—often a single piece. When the fabric runs out, the model disappears. You are the only person in the world to own this exact item.
Clean with a damp sponge and mild soap. Do not immerse in water. Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. If in doubt, contact us—we know our fabrics better than anyone.
This is a priority. Amélie uses upholstery fabrics known for their abrasion resistance. Seams are reinforced at stress points, and closures are chosen for their reliability.
Manufacturing & Workshop
All bags are hand-sewn in Amélie's workshop in Penmarc'h, Finistère. No subcontracting, no production abroad. From the first stitch to the last seam, each piece is born in this Breton workshop.
Yes, by special order. It is possible to add embroidered initials or choose a different strap. Contact us before placing an order to discuss.
